Technical Requirements

To deliver consistent, high-quality service for our clients, all independent contractors must meet these minimum technical standards:

Reliable High-Speed Internet
  • Minimum 25 Mbps download / 10 Mbps upload
  • Wired connection preferred for stable calls and data transfer
Computer Specifications
  • Desktop or laptop (Windows or Mac) with up-to-date OS
  • Intel i5 / AMD Ryzen 5 processor or better
  • Minimum 8 GB RAM (16 GB recommended for multitasking)
Dual Monitor Setup
  • At least two monitors for efficient workflow across multiple systems
Wired Headset
  • Noise-cancelling, wired headset (USB or 3.5mm jack) for clear communication
Secure, Private Workspace
  • Quiet area that meets HIPAA standards for handling patient data
Reliable Tools Required for Non-Metro Manila Residents
  • Contractors outside Metro Manila must have reliable, up-to-date hardware and a stable power and internet backup plan (if possible) to ensure zero disruption during working hours.
Additional Tools
  • Updated antivirus/security software
  • Backup power source and backup internet (such as pocket Wi-Fi or a second ISP) are strongly recommended for contractors outside Metro Manila to ensure zero downtime and uninterrupted service for our clients.

Contractors outside Metro Manila must have reliable, up-to-date hardware and a stable power and internet backup plan (if possible) to ensure zero disruption during working hours.

Initial Interview & Skills Assessment
After you submit your application, we’ll schedule an initial interview to get to know you better. We’ll also assess your technical knowledge, experience, and practical skills to ensure you meet our standards for accuracy, efficiency, and HIPAA compliance.

Technical Requirements Check
We’ll verify that your equipment and work environment meet our minimum technical standards — including high-speed internet, dual monitors, reliable hardware, and a secure, private workspace. This ensures you can deliver consistent, high-quality work for our clients.

Client Final Interview
You’ll meet directly with the client for a final interview to confirm it’s the right fit for both sides. This is your chance to understand the role, workflow, and expectations.

Onboarding
When you’re selected, we’ll guide you through the onboarding process, make sure you have the tools you need, and ensure a smooth transition so you can hit the ground running and deliver your best work.
